Can you host International domain names?
Yes. We support all domain name extensions available throughout the world. The three most popular are .com, .net and .org. Examples of other domain name extensions are: .ca, .co.uk, .com.au, .info, .biz, .tv, .ws, .cc, .us, .bz, .name, .de, .jp.... and there are many more available.

Does the $5.00/month price include the cost of registering a domain name?
No. If you do not already have a domain name, then you will have to register one separately. You can either register one here, or at any other recognized domain name registrar.  The cost to register your domain with us is $15.00 per year or less, depending on TLD and whether or not you wish to add WHOIS privacy protection.

Will there be any ads on my website?
No! That is, not unless they are ads that you design into your website. Some budget hosting companies offer very cheap or free web hosting, but have a stipulation that an ad for their company will be placed at the top or bottom of your website. That is not the case with our hosting plans. Our hosting plans are 100% "ad-free". But again, you are more than welcome to put ads on your website yourself :)

Is your order form secure?
 Absolutely.  We use SSL to guarantee the security of your credit card information.

Do you offer discounts if I want more than one account?
We are happy to consider volume discounts for repeat and bulk customers. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Can I resell your accounts?
We are happy to help set you up with a reseller account from as little as $15 per month depending on your desired features; however, we do not offer individual support for your customers. Please contact us to discuss reseller opportunities.

Can I have MP3s, Videos and other media files on my website?
Yes, within the limits of the copyright and other relevant provisions of our Terms of Service.

What about adult sites?
Again, please refer to our Terms of Service. Adult, political, consumer activist and other types of "free speech-intensive" sites are welcome here provided that they do not violate our ToS.

How long have you been in business?
We've been in the hosting business, developing, managing and hosting websites since 1998. The Atlantis brand started in February 2002.

I am a relative "newbie" to this. Do you offer technical support?
Yes! We have several levels of support available to our customers, all of which are free! We have a library of over 40 flash tutorials  for our linux plans that explain many facets of your web hosting account. We also have a Getting Started Guide that tells you what you should do first when you sign up, a Control Panel Help page for our linux control panel  that explains all the features available in your control panel, a Control Panel Demo so you can "try before you buy", and an online technical support staff that is available seven days a week, ready to answer any questions or help with any problems you may have. We have also put together several articles that explain some basic web hosting concepts (located at the top of this page, on the right).
